However, the delivery can only be done within the boundaries of the State associated with the Country in which the user is surfing the net at the moment the purchase process begins, when clicking on ‘Add to Cart’ (e.g.: if the user is physically located in Italy when he purchases product X by clicking on ‘Add to Cart’, product X can only be delivered to Italy).
In addition, we do not deliver to Livigno, Campione d’Italia, the Republic of San Marino and Vatican City, or to P.O. boxes or Hold Mail facilities.
If the shipping address is a P.O. box or an Hold Mail facility, or one of the locations above-mentioned, the order will be automatically cancelled and Optima Molliter S.r.l. will refund the Total Amount paid by the user.

When ordering, it is important to send complete shipping information. We will not be responsible for losses due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information. In case of use of Paypal, only shipments with confirmed addresses will be managed.
You can change or return your purchase within 14 days from the delivery of the order if made from the WEB portal www.yda.it. You can request the process by filling out the Exchanges and Returns Form that you find in the package or download it by clicking here.

The change is free in Italy if you follow the instructions provided by our Customer Service.
If you have made the purchase in the store, the return / exchange will follow the rules and methods established and set out by the shop in which you made the purchase.
If you decide to make the exchange using another delivery service, the costs will be entirely at your charge and we will not be able to take any responsibility for any loss or damage to the package.
No returns will be accepted if it will be delivered by other forwarders than those designated by our Customer Service.
Before requesting the exchange, make sure that you have respected all the exchange conditions listed below.
Before applying for an exchange, make sure that the product return follows our Terms of sale:
• The products must be intact, with all tags and seals still attached and including accessories and any special packaging. Incomplete, damaged, or worn items will not be accepted.
• The exchange must be requested within 14 days from the order delivery.
• The items to be exchanged must be delivered to the courier within 14 days from the notification of the exchange request to Customer Service;
• The Exchange can only be sent from the country in which the delivery took place;
• The products must have been strictly purchased online on ww.yda.it and not in stores.
You can exchange a gift by contacting the person who sent it to you or, if you prefer, by calling our Customer Service.
Where all the conditions listed above are met, we will:
1. credit you the amount you paid for the returned product (excluding delivery costs if they are at your expense).
The refund will be made on the same payment method used for the initial purchase. You will receive an e-mail confirming the refund.
2. charge you, at the shipment time and on the same payment method used for the initial purchase, the price of the requested replacement product. You will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment;
3. to deliver the replacement product you have chosen:

By choosing a credit card or PayPal as a payment tool, at the time of the order the circuit will immediately charge the amount relating to the purchase made. You can choose to enter specific billing information when entering the payment method. Select the ‘Add a billing address’ box if it is different from the one associated with your profile during the purchase and you will be able to enter the new billing details. VAT and any other applicable taxes are already included in the price of all products on the site and in the cart.
