CHANGES AND RETURNS
You can change or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery of the order if placed on the site. Shipping cost are on customer.
After completing the Return Form found inside the package, follow these simple instructions to return the products:
1. Place the products you want to return and the completed Exchange Form in the original order box. Make sure they are complete with their packaging and accessories, that all tags are intact and that the box is closed.
2. Contact our Customer Service by email at info@yda.it.
3. Follow the instructions of Customer Service
If you decide to make the exchange using another delivery service, the costs will be entirely your responsibility and we cannot assume any responsibility for any loss or damage to the package.
The return service is on customer. Subsequent shipping costs will always be at the expense of the applicant.
Generally, the exchange of goods takes no more than 10 days so you will receive the desired item in a short time. The products included in the replacement request will be shipped free of charge to the original delivery address.
If you made the purchase and collected it in-store, the return/exchange will follow the rules and methods established and stated by the shopkeeper where you made the purchase.
If the order was then processed with purchase and collection from an authorized retailer (physical store), the return and exchange will be possible by following the instructions provided by the retailer. Returns and exchanges of goods purchased from authorized retailers are not possible.
REFUND
Items must not have been worn or altered in any way and must not show any signs of wear and use. The soles of the shoes must not be marked in any way. Yda will accept the return reserving the right to verify that the products have been returned following the instructions previously described. Only after the inspection will the purchase amount be refunded.
Returns will be refunded within 10 working days. The credit (excluding delivery costs) will be made to the same payment method used for the initial purchase. You will be sent an email confirming the refund.
