Refund policy


You can exchange or return your purchase within 14 days of the order being delivered if ordered from the website. Return's shipping cost are on customer.

After completing the Return Form found in the package, follow these simple instructions to return the products: 

1. Place the products you wish to return and the completed Exchange Form in the original order box. Ensure that they are complete with their packaging and accessories, that all tags are intact and that the box is closed.

We cannot assume any responsibility for any loss or damage to the package.

Generally, an exchange of goods takes no more than one week, so you will receive the desired item in no time. The products included in the exchange request will be shipped free of charge to the original delivery address.

If you have made the purchase and picked it up in store, the return/exchange will follow the rules and methods established and stated by the store in which you purchased it. No returns and exchanges of goods purchased from authorized retailers are accepted.


The items must not have been worn or altered in any way and must not show any signs of wear and use. The soles of the shoes must also not be marked in any way. Yda will accept the return reserving the right to verify that the products have been returned following the instructions previously described. Only after the check, there will be the refund of the purchase amount.

The returns will be refunded within 3 business days. The re-credit (excluding shipping costs) will be made on the same payment method used for the initial purchase. You will receive an e-mail confirming the refund.
